About FairSquare
FairSquare is the first Competition Law Society of the National Law University, Delhi. Founded in 2025, FairSquare wishes to create a specialized platform to dedicatedly study, research, and discuss competition law and policy along with their interface with economics.
In a rapidly evolving global market, competition law has emerged as a crucial field influencing corporate behavior, regulatory frameworks, and consumer welfare. FairSquare’s domain is exclusively focused on competition law, enabling us to tackle niche topics under the subject and encourage nuanced understanding, in collaboration with students, professors, practitioners, and policy experts.
As a society, we aim to pique academic interest and research in competition law, promoting public awareness of antitrust policies, and market regulations. More importantly, we aim to make the subject accessible to all and bust any myths about the area being ‘too economics-heavy.’
Join along as we work to build a community that engages with competition law in exciting and meaningful ways. We are always happy to chat about taking collaborative steps in this direction!
